This year, we are planning an in person conference. As always, we will provide a unique opportunity to review the historical relevance of nursing education, to understand the importance of our work, and appreciate it as we head into a dynamic future. The Nurse Educator’s Conference in the Rockies will highlight some of the challenges and opportunities for using our history to better understand our present and create a preferred future.
Nurse Educators are constantly being bombarded with new information, technologies and techniques on how to provide content(instruction)to students. It becomes a daily challenge to decipher what is essential for student learning and how best to facilitate it. Even in the seemingly less-complex world of yesteryear, precious pearls for today’s nurse educators can be gleaned. Skill building sessions, poster, panels presentation and lectures will be presented in a very interactive, hands-on manner. You will leave this conference full of ideas to share and implement within your own academic environments!
Provide a forum for nurse educators to develop new skills, demonstrate best practices, exchange lessons learned, share current evidence-based research, and discover valuable resources.
Offer a multi-disciplinary conference program that encompasses the broad aspects of nurse education.
Stimulate innovation in nurse education.
