Multiple options are available for lodging from standard hotel room to 2-bedroom condos
Prices range from approximately $185 - $300 (plus approximately 20% service fee and taxes)
Parking will be available at $5/night (one vehicle per room)
We encourage everyone to reserve your lodging early!
Lodging in Breckenridge will book up quickly, so don’t wait if you want to be in a room/condo close to the conference center.

The special group rate for attendees is available 5 days before and after the conference if you want to plan a longer Breckenridge vacation!
When reserving online the reservations will auto populate the longest time amount, but just click "next" and you can adjust the date range. Once you select your date range select "apply" and you will be given a large selection of types of rooms to choose!
TRAVEL INFORMATION
Denver International Airport (DIA)
Flying into Denver International Airport (DIA) is likely the easiest and most cost-effective option. Beaver Run Resort is approximately a 2 hour drive from DIA. https://www.flydenver.com/
Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE)
There is also a smaller regional airport in Eagle Vail. Beaver Run Resort is approximately a 1.5 hour drive from Eagle. https://www.flyvail.com/
Shuttle Information
There are a variety of shuttle options that can be booked in advance and will take you directly from DIA to Breckenridge and visa versa for approximately $70-80 one way. More information on shuttle options can be found here:

You may also choose to rent a car and drive to Breckenridge. Discounted parking will be made available for conference attendees.
From I-70
Take Exit 203 / Highway 9 South. Continue South on Highway 9 for ten miles, continue through round about, this becomes Main Street. Proceed through town. At the third traffic light take a right on Park Avenue. Take a left on Village Road. You will see Beaver Run Resort and registration parking approximately 1/2 mile uphill on the left.
A car is not needed for transportation within Breckenridge, as there are both in-town shuttles and resort shuttles.
Most of the main attractions are within walking distance of the conference center & conference lodging.
