You can always come to the conference registration desk with any questions!

Conference Rooms

Breakout session rooms are set to accommodate on average 70 seats. We know some sessions attract more attendees and we will make room adjustments as we are able. Please check Whova for updated room information and arrive early to your session to secure seating!

Conference Attire

Casual attire and comfortable shoes are appropriate for the conference, but encourage you to wear what you feel comfortable in. We suggest layering - Colorado's weather can change hour to hour, so layers are a great option.

The FREE Beaver Run in-town shuttle is a convenient way for guests to enjoy everything Breckenridge has to offer in the downtown / historic district or to get a ride to the in-town transit center/Breckenridge Gondola station. The Breckenridge Freeride Bus is also available.

Pools/Hot Tubs/Arcade

Beaver Run is lucky to have two amazing pool/hot tub areas on property with a third private pool area in our Spa. The Building 3 pool area has nine outdoor hot tubs and an indoor/outdoor pool. The Building 4 pool area has one larger hot tub, an outdoor pool with a grilling area, and a nice  indoor sitting area with changing rooms and a fireplace and couch.
